Curriculum

Overview

The Associate of Science in Accounting curriculum ensures students gain a comprehensive understanding of accounting fundamentals and applications. Students will learn how to record business transactions using general ledger software, complete a full accounting cycle through a “Practice Set,” and design accounting systems. They will also gain knowledge of tax law by preparing realistic tax returns for individuals and corporations, and work with payroll systems both manually and through computer simulations.
